PAYMENT:

We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway. What exactly does Stripe do?

At Salon.Store we dispatch and deliver your products super-fast around Australia from our Brisbane facilities. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Orders placed before 2:30 pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders submitted after 12pm Friday may not be processed until the next business day (Monday).
  • Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.

Address Details

It is your obligation to ensure all your address details are correct on your order, for us to ship your parcel correctly. Your parcel will be shipped as per your instructions.

Dangerous Goods

(DGs) are items that can cause problems during transportation, i.e. explosive, flammable or corrosive. Safety regulations prohibit many DGs from being shipped by air. Salon.Store will contact you should we have any concerns about sending your order to you.

As soon as your order is shipped

You'll receive an email from the courier we select to notify you that it's on its way, it will include your unique tracking number.

Delivery Procedures – Signature Required

Due to COVID 19, our couriers have a mandate regarding their parcels and will not currently require a signature (regardless of customer instructions) to avoid close contact. Drivers will ask your name upon delivery and also take photos as proof of delivery to your premises. If not home, parcels may be left at your premises with a photo taken.

Outside of the COVID 19 pandemic, we would normally require a signature upon delivery for all orders and ship your parcel as instructed at the time you place the order. You are welcome to add any shipping instructions you wish our carriers to see which will be noted on the parcel label.

We will ship ONLY to a physical address location.

Provide Authority To Leave

As mentioned above we do not offer an ATL service and require a physical address to deliver to. Should for some reason an ATL has been organised by you directly with the courier then responsibility for your parcel by Salon.Store and the couriers we use ceases once it has been confirmed as delivered to your premises. Extra charges may be applicable if you choose to redeliver/redirect your delivery and are charged by Salon.Store to you. To avoid any additional charges please touch base with us first if you are considering needing a redelivery/redirection.

Redirect To A Different Address

Should you choose to redirect your parcel to our couriers please be aware this is outside the control of Salon.Store and from that point forward you assume responsibility for delivery to the new address. Redirection issues are between yourself and the courier provided. Extra charges may be applicable if you choose to redirect your delivery and charged by Salon.Store to you. To avoid any additional charges please touch base with us first if you are considering a redirection.

If You Are Not Home

If you are not home to receive the parcel, the couriers we use will take your parcel back to the nearest depot and leave you a collection card. You will be required to contact the courier directly to organise a re-delivery within 2 business days. After this time the couriers we use will return the parcel to us.

Extra charges may be applicable and charged by Salon.Store to you if you need redelivery so please be sure that you are tracking your delivery and are at the location stipulated to receive your delivery.

If you have not received your goods after the maximum indicated time frame of your shipping method, please contact our Customer Service Team. We are not able to commence an investigation until the indicated time frame has elapsed.

International Shipping:

We currently ship only within Australia at this time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We’re sure you will like it, but if not and you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. Simply contact us within 24hrs of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return. Please note: written pre-approval must be granted by us prior to any return of goods.

This returns policy is not applicable for change of mind, you no longer require the item and or lack of expertise for use of the product.

Any items must be returned in its original condition and include all original packaging. Please enclose a copy of your tax invoice. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless determined faulty on our behalf.

Our Quality Control team tries to ensure that all products are of high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us. Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & restocking charges. Salon.Store reserves the right to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to be defective manufacture.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us strictly within 24hrs in writing at hi@salon.store. You have the right to reject the delivery of any goods that may not be deemed acceptable. Any claims after 24hrs will strictly not be accepted and any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
